QB-LA now has a low cost solution for high-volume bookkeeping and data-entry.  If you’ve got 20 hours + per week of bookkeeping or data-entry of any type that can we can perform remotely, then it’s unlikely you can beat our rates.  All work is performed by well-educated and experienced staff and closely supervised.

What does QB-LA do besides standard bookkeeping?

Example one:
Inventory Reconciliation – An importer of sheets and bed coverings needed codes and descriptions for 32,000 product variations (make, size, color, style, print) entered into an MS Excel spreadsheet with pricing formulas and inventory counts, and then imported as Inventory Items into QuickBooks. The spreadsheet is then rearranged in a different tab for e-store, FTP upload, and import.

Example 2:
Transaction Reconciliation – A medical services firm generates over 2,500 accounting transactions per month from bank accounts and credit cards.  These are downloaded, entered into QuickBooks Online and reconciled within a week after the close of each month.
