High-volume data-entry to QuickBooks
Two Sample Projects Include:
Sample Project 1 – An importer of sheets and bed coverings needed codes and descriptions for 32,000 product variations (make, size, color, style, print) entered into an MS Excel spreadsheet with pricing formulas and inventory counts, and then imported as Inventory Items into QuickBooks. The spreadsheet is then rearranged in a different tab for e-store FTP upload and import.
Sample Project 2 – A medical services firm generates over 2,500 accounting transactions per month from bank accounts and credit cards. These are downloaded, entered into QuickBooks Online and reconciled within a week after the close of each month.
